Found a super cool ramen spot near Nishiki Market in Kyoto called MOON and BACK! The artsy decor and aesthetic vibe definitely live up to the hype, and with a 4.5-star Google rating, my expectations were high. ✨The experience started off strong with their signature Seared Japanese Wagyu Shoyu Ramen. Watching the Wagyu being seared right in front of us was an incredible performance, and the aroma was just insane. 🔥However, a serious ramen lover's heart broke a little when we found the egg to be completely fully cooked. 🥚 A ramen egg should have a soft, jammy yolk! This felt like an unforgivable oversight.
