I ordered the set with one of every condiment- a soft boiled egg, chashu, bamboo shoots, kakuni and spicy cod roe. I've had many bowls of ramen before but this was absolutely amazing. The noodles were nice and chewy in a very, very rich broth with chashu(stewed pork) and kakuni(braised pork belly) that simply melts in your mouth. I love how the spicy cod roe adds even more heat and saltiness but not to overpowering. We also ordered a dish of gyoza which were also very good. Apart from the fantas
Apart from the fantastic food, the vibe of the restaurant was also very unique. The whole place was so colorful and animtaed making the dining experience even more pleasurable.
