•無敵家拉麵 Mutekiya ramen ¥1,350 (⭐️10/10)疫情前，食過一次已經對佢念念不忘🥹冇諗過過咗咁多年人氣都冇減，但好好彩今次只係排咗45mins就順利食到(around 2:30pm排)。✌🏻叉燒非常厚切大約有1cm厚😳，肉質好肥美又嬾，但唔油膩，真係超好食！😋👍🏻麵條粗身好彈牙，湯底超濃厚豬骨香味。😆❤️糖心蛋煮得啱啱好🥚。就連紫菜都好細心，印咗店家嘅名✨。仲有一個可以令到個拉麵更好食嘅秘訣，就係要加蒜蓉🧄令到成個湯嘅口味更有層次🤟🏻。真係超級好食！🤌🏻🥰Missed this ramen so much after had it before pandemic, can’t believe it is still prominent after a few years🥹, but luckily I successfully made it to enjoy this bowl of gem after 45mins(I started to queue at around 2:30pm).✌🏻 Char siu was sliced thickly arou

Missed this ramen so much after had it before pandemic, can’t believe it is still prominent after a few years🥹, but luckily I successfully made it to enjoy this bowl of gem after 45mins(I started to queue at around 2:30pm).✌🏻 Char siu was sliced thickly around 1cm😳, fatty tender yet not greasy, incredibly good!😋👍🏻Noodles were thick and bouncy, rich intense pork broth.😆❤️Perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg🥚. Really appreciate how considerate the store owner is, they print their name onto the seaweed. ✨A secret tip to level up the ramen is to add some fresh garlic🧄 into the broth🤟🏻, It was AMAZING!🤌🏻🥰

入面有豬肉🍖同椰菜🥬，煎得好香脆，都幾好食。🤤
