The Eel here was amazing. It is a tricky dish as overcooking it would be very tough but undercooking it would lead to the typical fishy smell that makes it less appetizing. It was cooked just perfect and we tried the ones with sauce and without sauce. Needless to say, the one without sauce was crispier but even the one with sauce you can still taste the slight crisp.
