This store has a long queue occasionally some come early. You get 150g of beef and price just means the percentage of more tender meat you get. Since I didn't want the meal to be too fatty, we chose the cheapest option where the ratio is 1:1. This was perfect as despite the tender meat was more delicious, too much would make it too oily. The sukiyaki sauce/soup was made in front of us rather than premade and looking at how the sugar carmalized was such a beautiful process(and also scares you a bit not to have sukiyaki too frequently HAHA).…さらに見る
