位於新宿的HONA CAFE,是來自福岡的班戟咖啡廳。餐廳主打夏威夷風考塔曰式鬆餅,即是現今香港極紅的梳孚厘班戟。 網上較少人介紹過這間餐廳,就讓我為大家介紹一下吧。上次即曰來回曰本的時侯,曾來朋友吃過一次,覺得非常美味當天下機後,馬上由成田機埸走到新宿吃晚餐啦。餐廳有日文和英文供應,不怕不懂點菜呢坐在吧台,看著服務員弄製班戟,很期待阿。我先介紹餐廳供應任用的六種醬汁,包括: 楓糖,草莓,藍莓,芒果,焦糖,朱古力醬。只要你點選班戟,醬汁可以任你落,是不是很開心呢?個人最愛草莓醬,芒果醬和藍莓醬,稠稠密密,濃濃甜甜,很美味呢Matcha Latte ¥330來到日本,必定要嚐嚐抹茶吧。天氣熱辣辣,我選擇一杯凍抹茶。抹茶奶味重,苦澀度高,甜度剛剛好,即時消暑呢。Matcha ice cream ¥350嚐過抹茶拿鐵後,追加一球抹茶雪糕。抹茶雪糕的味道和拿鐵的一模一樣,奶味重,苦中帶甜,黏稠滑溜,不易溶化哦。Pancakes with whipped cream & Melon ¥1700重頭戲登埸啦!餐廳最新推出,期間和數量限定的哈蜜瓜班戟這個甜品採用半個哈蜜瓜, 一大球忌廉,兩塊梳孚厘班戟,賣相殺食驚人阿。大白奶油忌廉是餐廳招牌,依舊滑溜,入囗即溶,不甜不膩,不常吃忌廉的我竟然吃光光。半個哈蜜瓜全部切件,甜甜蜜蜜,充滿水份,非常美味。梳乎里班戟是次煎成焦咖色,鬆厚適中,內裡柔軟綿綿,入囗化掉,配以粒粒碎碎,囗感更豐富阿。…

即日來回的第十二站:PBALO我最愛的流心甜品店❤獨食系列既日來回的最後一餐,又回到我最愛的PABLO甜品店😝當日曾去過一次,但當時有點飽,只吃刨冰沒吃半熟撻。雖然之後吃了不少東西,但我的腦依然浮現出Pablo的芝士撻,我就知道當日幾飽都要回店內吃阿。半熟抹茶芝士撻 ¥930 堂食有一人份量,外賣的份量有迷你版,或是大版,就是沒有一人獨享的份量哦👧👨所以堂食就最好了。抹茶撻上有紅豆,內有白玉🍡切開流出稠稠的流心😍好吸引阿,Pablo的 一向不太濃,以甜味為主哦。撻皮是酥皮,好像跟我以前吃的不一樣阿,🙊酥皮薄且酥脆,如果是曲奇皮就好啦。…………………Japan , Pablo….....….........……

即日來回的第五站:Gram班戟Gram,大慨是大阪最出名的班戟店之一,只要你翻開旅遊書,大多數都會看到Gram的蹤影,而招牌貨的是疏孚厘班戟!每日供應時間為11:00, 15:00, 18:00。每段時間限定20份,即一天只賣60份哦計劃行程前已做足功課,準備17:30到達排隊,想不到竟然不用排隊,也不用等18:00便有得食,問服務員: 不是限時限量嗎?她只微笑不回答,那我就不顧啦。超級心心眼  每日限量疏孚厘班戟 ¥950一客三件的疏孚厘班戟,賣相和質感都跟香港不太一樣呢。班戟帶點粉狀,重手有份量,快要跌下來的樣子好吸引阿。班戟放上奶油,吱上忌廉,必加甜蜜蜜蜂糖醬,較香港的更具蛋白香氣,更鬆軟!更有彈力!入口溶化但不失煙靭口感,會飽肚的新疏孚厘口感由於GRAM的疏孚厘班戟限時限量,吃不到完全不出奇。除了疏孚厘班戟,我更選擇普通版的班戟試試。啜下個班戟先 食到好感動提拉米蘇班戟 ¥950提拉米蘇班戟的賣相跟餐牌的不太一樣,餐牌中的是高身點,細份一點,現實中,大一點,扁一點吧。撒滿可可粉的班戟,也很吸引啊!吱上兩小球吉士醬,放上一片甘苦朱古力,難道這就是餐廳所說的大人口味嗎?班戟煙煙靭勒,是純樸原始的味道不知是否當時心情不佳,我覺得Tiramisu味不夠濃呢。…
