朝早在築地,想找個地方吃早餐,眼見門外的招牌海膽丼,賣相甚為吸引,便來到了「虎杖」!一場來到,定必點本店招牌菜,「五色海膽丼」!師傅將「海膽丼」端到我們的面前,不禁「嘩」的一聲,壽司飯上鋪滿了厚厚的海膽,可以用「澎湃」來形容,五種不同口味的海膽,整齊的排列著,丼飯中央放了一隻新鮮蛋黃,旁邊還有青瓜片、子薑、紫菜、wasabi....五款國產海膽呈橙黃色,瓣紋分明,肉質飽滿!先用筷子,夾起一少撮海膽,細細品嚐其獨有味道!每瓣海膽除了鮮甜,還帶有濃郁的海水味,每款海膽濃淡甘醇有致,質感和味道各有特色,一一征服了我的味蕾!試過每款海膽後,再以暖飯夾著海膽一起吃,感受另一種層次的滿足!再者,將蛋黃、海膽和飯一起拌匀,令每一口飯都蘸滿了海膽,那甘甜鮮香的海膽味道,久久纏繞着口腔不散,最終把整碗「海膽丼」吃得乾乾淨淨!美食當前,當然顧及不了那膽固醇,齒䶝盡是海膽的甘鮮甜味,夫復何求呢!…Read More

本身不是「拉麵控」的我,來到日本,不得不試本地的正宗拉麵!叉燒拉麵喝一口湯頭,豬骨湯味很濃,但不會過度鹹膩。幾片有厚度的叉燒,呈淡粉紅色,肥瘦參半,肥膏和瘦肉的比例抓得很好,入口沒有乾柴的感覺,頗有口感!再者,軟硬度適中的麵條,掛湯能力比想像中為好,輕輕咀嚼便能入喉,完全沒有負擔!加上爽脆的木耳絲和葱花,更是拉麵最好的配搭!每碗拉麵均附上一塊紫菜,紫菜上面印有不同國家語言的「多謝」,頗為有趣!濃郁的湯頭、彈牙的麵質和肥瘦參半豚肉,大家相輔相乘,才能成就出一碗好的拉麵!…Read More

遊經上野,隨意走進了一間,以日本人食客居多的居酒屋偈一偈!很不容易找到兩個位置坐下,店內面積細小,只有一個U形的吧檯,而且頗為擠迫,故且這就是「地道」罷了!環顧四周,食物款式和價錢,以日語清楚掛在牆上!幸好,店員細心的為我們遞上了有英語對照的餐牌呢!關東煮有豆腐、蒟蒻、蘿蔔和內臟...每一樣都很入味,這應該是日本人熬關東煮湯頭的重要秘訣!串燒雞皮、雞軟骨、潤串燒火候拿捏準繩,沒有燒得過火而變得太乾,但略嫌燒烤醬料太多,影響了燒物本身的味道!串燒青椒、冬菇微燶的青椒能做到烤香而不乾,咬下去有質感而不青澀,很考功夫。而冬菇鮮味甚佳,有彈性,口感不錯!吃串燒又怎能沒有冰凍飲品呢?來一枝檸檬梳打!燒魷魚原隻魷魚口感相當軟熟,帶嚼勁,而且燒烤醬汁和調味,沒有蓋過魷魚筒的本身味道!燒鯖魚鯖魚油脂豐富,經燒過後,本身的魚油慢慢滲出,令魚肉更嫩滑、甘香。而且魚肉沒有腥味,不消一會,我倆便殲滅了這條鯖魚!原隻蕃茄冰涼蕃茄入口多汁清甜,平衡了多款燒物的膩感!整體來說,這店的串燒火候控制得不錯,難怪店內座無虛席,能在這居酒屋吃一門地道菜式,不枉此行也!…Read More
