Despite the low rating, for a newbie, their food was tasty and satisfying.we ordered a plain chicken soup base Tsukemen and the base was citrusy and flavoursome. The rice dish were starter sizes but very nice. Service was quick and very attentive. Someone is always quick to come when hailed. English was poor but they did have an English menu.We were very relieved to find this place open on New Year’s Day.
