油甘魚 (Hamachi) ¥400
魚生好厚,位置近腹部,咬落好有油香而且質感好滑。
Thick cut hamachi near the part of the belly, with oily taste and smooth texture.

鐵火卷 (Tekkamaki) ¥400
用吞拿魚較瘦嘅位置,味道較濃而且稍微偏鹹,唔使落醬油已經好濃味。
Using less fatty part of tuna, that gives a stronger taste and slightly salty flavour.

海膽 (Uni) ¥680
海膽份量好足,味道鮮甜,食完會有齒頰留香嘅感覺。
A large quantity of uni and tastes freshly sweet. The taste lasts for a period.

鯛魚 (Tai) ¥480
質感有咬口,所以師傅亦因應質感而薄切。個人認為味道偏淡,應該在味濃嘅壽司前吃。
Thinly sliced but with a chewy texture. The taste is mild and should consume at the beginning.

池魚 (Aji) ¥300
入口質感爽脆且散發淡淡的鮮甜,再用薑同蔥提味,味道一流。
The use of ginger and scallion enhance the taste of the sweetness of aji.

蝦 (Shako) ¥480
師傅喺蝦嘅表面已經塗上醬油,但又唔會掩過蝦嘅鮮味。
Shako is fresh and the sauce on top complement the taste well.

帆立貝 (Hotategai) ¥400
切得比較薄,而且係用火燒過,並唔係我哋預期嘅質感,較為失望。
Thinly cut and grilled hotategai, yet the texture is quite disappointing and not as what we expected.
