In this line, you will get a detailed form on how concentrated you want your soup, how spicy you want it, etc. I can’t take spicy food and yet, the 1/2 spicy portion is just right. It gives you a kick but not too much. After there is a booth available, you will enter the booth (which is very small and tight). You start with an egg and you have to get hands on to take off the shell. The toppings come on a plate and the ramen come by itself with the soup. All in all, a very good experience and worth the half hour wait. The broth is as good as any top quality ramen.
