今次去到東京即管試吓之前在電視介紹呢間既拉麵店噤啱佢就在我住既酒店附近即管去尋食睇吓係唔係噤正，一去到見門面有條魚既圖案就知係呢間入到門囗係自助販賣機，都有好多選擇自己選擇喜歡既食物，買完票交俾侍應然後找位坐，有食物侍應就會送上，座位大約十幾二十個，經常爆滿，我就選左個真鯛雜炊套餐(真鯛ろーめ人雜炊セット)，另外加隻蛋坐左一陣套餐就送上，睇賣相係用心擺放過講到噤勁首先一定要試啖湯先，味道真係又濃又鮮拉麵入口彈牙黃色既鯛魚蓉味道鮮甜而薄切既煙燻叉燒，更易索汁，入口軟腍而嫩滑之於隻蛋佢哋用小孔注入魚湯，入口除左感受到隻蛋好creamy嫩滑，還多左一重魚湯味食拉麵時唔好飲晒d湯要留返來將個飯倒落湯變成湯飯，飯吸收左個魚湯真係超正加上鯛魚肉碎、鯛魚蓉和蒽粒渾和一齊食，真係完美配搭食完呢餐又飽又滿足 continue reading
