🎖柚子鹽拉麵🏅～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～🏆每碗都有得揀雞油量，淡麗是以雞湯為底，加入蔬菜、昆布等增加風味，口味較輕爽。まろ味是另外加入雞油，讓湯頭滋味更加濃厚。簡單來說就是”清淡”與”濃厚”的選擇。🍜柚子鹽拉麵（¥1080）選擇了清淡的湯頭。湯頭喝起來非常清甜，帶著柚子香氣，就算是湯頭選濃郁，喝起來也不會很油膩，用炭火烤的叉燒就有點兒肥。🍜柚子露沾麵（¥1280）選擇了濃郁的湯頭。吃起來十分清爽，主角是柚子，醬油只是配角做調味。肉塊就是滷肉塊，不過跟拉麵烤過的叉燒比起來就是遜色，粗麵條十分有彈性。～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～ continue reading
