上次試左好出名既人形町今半，呢次一早已經bookmark低左2間喺ig見到blogger推薦既抵食壽喜燒，分別係呢間にいむら(Niimura)同伊吹。不過伊知無得book位食唔到，呢間就預先book定，兩手準備唔怕無得食😎。餐廳有1樓同地下，裝修比較老牌名店feel🤣。店員見到我地拎住咁多野又有褸都有主動問使唔使幫我地掛褸去出面😌。🔅上和牛すき焼きセット (5,300円)Set包左3大片上黑毛和牛、野菜、豆腐、味噌汁同漬物，仲有一大碗白飯同2隻蛋。計埋加一每人約HKD$308，晚市黎講頗抵食😳。一開頭店員會用油脂開鑊，再落和牛同蔥，然後倒入壽喜燒汁。簡簡單單但都幾好食，大推連埋蔥一齊食🤤，口感同香氣都更豐富左😚。和牛雖然得3片，但都超大塊，油脂分佈平均，唔會好肥。野菜盤🥗有菜、菇、芋絲同埋類似年糕既黃色物體😂。配埋和牛精華加壽喜燒汁一流🥺，撈埋飯一定夠飽👍🏻。味噌汁就好普通～💬整體唔錯，價錢合理，環境就比較嘈雜，店員可能見我地係外國人，所以比較cool 🤣。雖然唔係任食，但和牛壽喜燒本身食得多都會膩，成個set既份量都滿足到女大胃王既我😂。P.S. 特別一提呢間少有係提供豚肉壽喜燒🐷，唔食牛既朋友仔都可以黎食🥰。 continue reading
