其實訂呢間餐廳原本我係搵緊法國餐,想試人生第一次正宗的法國菜,結果搵搵下呢間晌某日本社交平台都係頭一百名店,就咁神推鬼撞咁就約左。餐廳在出發前一日都有出email通知提醒日期時間,結果最後我自己都係記錯時間19:30,正確應該係19:00😂,還好不是爆場結果都食到。坦白講佢好味,中途仲提供左名牌橄欖油及麵包品嘗,但係始終覺得好像和食食落個滿足感會高點😌,佢唔係唔夠飽,只係個人口味🤣。意大利菜其實有少許期待意大利名菜牛小腿肉,但呢期menu係羊肉。🤷‍♂️Boiled octopus 2018th version in sicily style:是一個白灼熟左的章魚腳仔粒,據說是在72度水溫煮了4分鐘,再配由蛤蜊打成的泡沫及橙油。食落係嫩口亦有少少彈牙口感,但數量唔多得質量😅。Horse mackerel salada with eggplant and caviar:鹿兒島產的竹莢魚配賀茂茄子加魚子醬,新鮮的竹莢魚最好的處理法是雙手和角肉用有鹽冰水浸透,使手和魚肉同溫再作處理,鹽冰水能讓魚肉與油脂收縮,味道會更鮮更清晰🤔,咸咸的子醬配上新鮮的魚肉😋。Conger frit and cor

意大利布羅多餃子,配天龍鮎及黃瓜。

"Tajarin" pasta with deer ragout and truffle, cacao:
鹿肉粒配黑松露可可粉意大利麵,鹿肉細膩較為纤維有油脂。

Roasted turnip:
烤青森縣大根配青瓜粒及烏魚子,大根鮮甜爽脆,烏魚子的咸味應該是為了更襯托出甜味?🤔

"Sfogliatella" pie crust with abalone and sausage:
鮑魚香腸撻配鮑魚肝醬,即使在撻入面鮑魚的生熟程度依然控制的很好,鮑魚肉彈牙撻口感的油香,整個食一點都唔油膩唔漏。難得入面鮑魚無切粒去整,絕對相信粒狀係唔襯鮑魚。😂

Roasted lamb with cacciatore romana:
烤羊仔肉,即使是我唔多鍾意食羊,但佢嫩口的羊仔肉羊騷味一點也不重,非常易入口,配上黑椒汁及個菇碎同入面的可可醬😳。

White "Tiramisu".:
白提拉米蘇作收尾的甜品,內裡有nuts、冰、果凍及雪糕,是一度非常好吃,充滿內涵的甜品。

Petit sweets.:
意大利菜或法國菜都是這樣嗎?吃完甜品再餐茶加餅乾及乾果,這是享受生活嗎😂。
