夕方16時ごろに訪店。店内はほぼ満席で、銀座という場所柄からか、様々な年代・国籍の方がいらっしゃいました。キング(hot)という名のコーヒーと一緒に、オストカーカという北欧チーズケーキを頼みたかったのですが売り切れとのこと、代わりに北欧ベリークッキーをオーダー。コーヒーは砂糖を入れずともほのかに甘みを感じられ、やや薄味かな？という印象。コーヒーをあまり飲まない人には飲みやすいかもしれません。ベリークッキーはほろほろとした口どけの良い生地と、ベリージャムの程よい酸味が相性良く美味しく頂きました。わりと夜遅くまでオープンしているので、次回は遅い時間に訪れてみたいです。 continue reading
