卡拉東京日全食～去「みかわ是山居」品嚐江戶前3神之一「天婦羅之神」嘅 omakase早到20分鐘，被店員安排到樓上稍作等候，順道參觀「神之藝術修養 」用餐坐counter seat，即時有人斟茶遞水「照顧周到」包括「手機操作」打開menu～早乙女師傅水墨創作而成，臨別更有親筆簽名留念言歸天婦羅～每件酥脆，水份卻留住，味道、溫度、速度好 “magical”，尤其第3道嘅紫蘇海膽同第6道嘅星鰻......炸物至高境界到訪「みかわ是山居」，細心留意，會感受到年過72歲早乙女哲哉將食嘅、用嘅、睇嘅都融入「藝術」之中btw～係到用餐，唔好expect「服務態度」 continue reading
