紀尾井町ガーデンテラス3Fに有るすき焼きとしゃぶしゃぶの店今半、入り口は外側にありました。今日はすき焼きです。お肉は特上と極上の2種があり特上の方が脂が少ないという事で160g¥9800です。しかし特上でも十分に霜降りで脂が乗っていて赤みがかすかに残る程度に火を通すと柔らかくてとても美味しいです。料理はテーブルでつきっきりで作っていただけるのでちょうど良い焼き加減でゆっくりといただけます。野菜とご飯セットを合わせて注文しましたが、しめで玉子とじご飯も作ってもらえるのでお腹いっぱいになりました。 continue reading
