•特製雞白湯拉麵 Special Chicken Paitan Ramen ¥1,600 (⭐️9/10)超好食！！要排隊都一定要食😆湯底非常濃郁，厚度起咗一層皮，creamy得嚟唔會覺得好漏👍🏻🥰。拉麵係好幼面+軟，好掛湯🥢！除咗拉麵，配料都好出色，雞肉超嫩滑🐔，仲有煎到好香嘅大蔥、番薯🍠、南瓜片🎃、冬菇🍄、加埋我最愛嘅糖心蛋🥚，食完真係超幸福(˃̶᷄‧̫ ˂̶᷅๑ )♡!! 但係食到後期，覺得湯底有少少鹹😢。除咗食物質素好高，成個用餐體驗都好精緻✨，絕對係一間之後一定會回訪嘅拉麵店🍜🥹❤️This ramen was INSANELY GOOD!! Definitely need to try even if there’s a queue😆Intense flavourful creamy broth, yet not made me feel any greasiness👍🏻🥰. Thin soft noodles which beautifully soaked up the essence from the broth🥢! 📍位置：在T2的二樓有新餐廳區域JAPAN FOOD HALL，此樓層集10間飲食店。🏠環境：裝潢帶有不少日式元素木調為設計，用餐空間一旁更有大片落地玻璃窗，可看到停機坪，客人可以一邊享用美食，一邊欣賞機場停機坪的風景，另設日本首個機場戶外露天座位，景觀極佳，但當晚可能封了。🍜「銀座 篝」🐔雞白湯Soba ¥1600榮獲米其林一星的拉麵店，賣相精緻，奶黃色雞湯鮮甜濃厚而不油膩，喝一口雞湯，完全感受其精華🤤，濃而不膩😍，配菜荀和南瓜都新鮮甜美，雞胸肉更是驚喜🤩，口感軟嫩，只是份量不多。 continue reading

銀座No.1 隱蔽小巷內白雞湯拉麵•雞白湯蕎麥面松露/特製雞白湯蕎麥•2016，2017 米芝蓮推介餐廳, 點左兩碗白雞湯soba , 一碗添加左黑松露，另一特製雞白湯，多咗糖心蛋叉燒蔬菜王雞肉雲吞，呢度嘅雞湯用咗國產百分百大肉雞骨和整雞和純水一起長時間燉煮，白雞湯非常濃郁, 唔會太creamy和油膩,加入埋黑松露，令整碗白雞湯拉麵升華，麵條靱度適中，雞肉唔會鞋口，兩碗都配有一些時令蔬菜，特製嗰本多咗個糖心蛋，同雞肉雲吞，食樂事感覺有些雞軟骨在內，增加口感。建議可先喝幾口湯先試試原味，中段可以慢慢添加他們提供的國產生薑，有機糙米醋，黑七味，另一番味道。非常值得試嘅白雞湯拉麵🍜溫馨提示：全店只有17個位，建議避開中午時段 continue reading
