今次嚟東京想食壽喜燒,咁就當然唔少得歷史悠久嘅壽喜燒今半。初頭諗住揀人形町今半,但好似好full,所以就揀咗淺草呢一間本店。佢營業時間係11:30,我哋11:15分左右到,都已經要排第二輪。大概排咗個半鐘左右。而家想快嘅話都建議大家再早啲嚟,大概提早九個字。入到去,店員都好好禮貌。分別叫咗壽喜燒餐,加多一份肉。肉嘅話加多一份兩個人都夠食,再加嘅話就可能會太漏。前菜都幾好食,尤其是係佢嗰條魚。燒得好好味另外就係主菜壽喜燒。佢個汁有七成都似香港會食到嘅味。分別在於佢冇香港咁甜。唔會食食吓頂唔順。 最後埋單都唔算好平,佢會收+1服務費再加稅。 continue reading

初到東京的人士必去的景點雷門寺,我們到了東京N次,已久未去淺草一帶,今次特意到來就是為了吃吃吃,百年老店淺草今半的午餐!由淺草站行到此店約8-10分鐘,建議12點半前到達,否則中午有很多本地人會去(我們12點到,不到半小時已座滿了遊客及本地人,而且座位不算多)。服務員都穿著傳統和服,基本英語溝通沒問題。我們點了每日限定20份的雙併牛肉牛排定食及牛肉壽喜燒。單看那顆新鮮到不行的雞蛋就已經知道名不虛傳,服務員會先幫你弄一片牛,敎你如何掌握時間火喉,之後就可以自己弄。不用說了,牛肉入口即溶.....正!至於牛肉雙併定食,肉汁豐富,軟滑,不枉我們特意去淺草一趟! continue reading
