This is my third time coming to Japan and this is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The store was empty and I was told to leave because I bought two ice cream for two adults and one child. The child wanted to sit down and enjoyed his ice cream but we were told to leave in an extremely rude manner. It was an berg unfortunate experience and the staff needs some serious customer service training. continue reading
