肥肥家族係名日劇「Doctor X」嘅鐵粉,話說上回喺東京過聖誕節時專登一訪劇中院長最愛嘅鐵板燒專門店「銀座うかい亭」(Ginza Ukai Tei),味蕾大受感動過便與「うかい」(Ukai)飲食集團結下緣份。疫後重遊日本為母親大人慶生,第一餐就揀咗旗下潮興嘅割烹料理「銀座割烹うかい肉の匠」(Ginza Kappou Ukai Nikusho)。地牢餐店於大廈大堂黑漆漆嘅門面極富神秘感。步出升降機門,即踏進華麗耀眼嘅地域,成功營造出別有洞天嘅效果。潔亮嘅餐室最震撼就係幅竹林落地玻璃!以和風味濃嘅小擺設及品牌嘅水晶樹點綴,足以閃出氣派。獨立式洗手間都高雅衛生過人,除咗全電動化之外,廁紙仲有暗花架!店子中央共有十二個吧位圍繞住師傅嘅大舞台,方便貴客觀賞即席割烹之廚藝。據悉,店內亦設有兩間半私人及全私人廂房,不過當日已有座上客,故小弟未能參觀。每位席上都有齊備嘅自用日西餐具。外國遊客必須經酒店訂座,並預先定埋清一色嘅餐單。話明係賀壽就一於食豪啲,點豪華套餐「グランドコース」,33,000円/位已含稅,另收加一服務費。忙於翻譯、交際、拍照、錄音嘅XO仔竟然忘記咗影飲品餐牌,餐酒配對詳情都係憑單
