Genesis of Civilization Potato focaccia, sourdough:餐牌個作者其實都幾有深度,將基本食糧之一嘅麵包形容為文明嘅象徵,絕對貼切!小肥自己鍾意暖手嘅麵包,所以對於兩款唔熱嘅麵包就感覺麻麻,其中focaccia較為厚身同冇乜味,反而深色啲嗰件酸種麵包外脆包鬆軟,可口得多。
