Thick noodles was bouncy, captured the essence of the broth!🥢Toppings were amazing as well, tender fatty char siu and chicken but not greasy🥹🤌🏻. Bamboo stick was crunchy fresh and well-marinated.👍🏻 Also, a slight twisted between Japanese and European, by featuring a baguette with pesto sauce.🥖🌿
