來到日本🇯🇵東京，吃特別一點🌟，出發前預訂了河豚料理🐡，即係雞泡魚！一次過吃了用河豚製作的涼拌河豚皮、河豚生魚片、河豚火鍋、烤河豚、烤白子及炸河豚等料理，非常豐盛☺️而河豚肉質比其他魚都彈牙，吃起來我們覺得有點像龍躉，配上葱花、羅白泥和醬油等調味，甘香鮮甜❣️🍲不得不提，河豚火鍋是用紙鍋裝盛，再用竹籃放在電磁爐上，我還是第一次看到，比起金屬鍋感覺更有質感～日本火鍋的收尾當然就是雑炊啦～將剩下的河豚湯加入白飯和蛋煮成粥，吃盡了河豚的所有鮮味，整個的河豚體驗好滿足😇 continue reading
