為東瀛遊搵食時發現渋谷有間米芝蓮法國菜「Lature」同時獲得綠星,喺日本美食品評網站有勁高嘅4.27分,環保得黎口碑好,當然要去試吓啦!網上訂座流程相當簡易,選定午市套餐後必先全數預繳,最複雜竟然係餐廳嘅位置!據水牌所示,店子共分地牢及二樓兩層,但入口同接待處喺邊就好唔清晰啦!小肥行動不便,見到有客人同服務生從地牢行上地面即上前查問,點知遇上黑面神一號,其回應竟然係叫二人行上樓梯,態度極不耐煩。上到樓上,就由黑面神二號帶領入座近窗嘅散座。用餐區域樓底高高,裝潢簡樸企理中流露出大自然嘅氣息,環境果然配合粒綠星!餐桌上擺有齊備嘅自用餐具、餐巾及熱毛巾。其中餐具有個架承托住,齊備衛生。以植物標本造出嘅展示盤及木雀仔擺設正好繪出店名「Lature」寓意著嘅「大自然的點滴」,到題得黎極富藝術氣質。由於午餐早已訂好五道菜套餐「Menu LATURE」(8,096円/人),兩口子只需點選飲品。兩頁飲品牌中嘅酒酒全為杯裝,配酒套餐及日本清酒要問先會有料提供,黑面神們明顯無心對答,結果都費事問。天口咁㷫,XO仔例牌點咗杯香檳解暑。用餐兩小時曾有過幾段小插曲,話說二樓只有一個洗手間,男女同廁,有次想去時居然俾人撳住唔准離座,返學都冇無嚴;埋單要等成十分鐘,又唔夠洗手間用,越忍越急先攞膽嘛!不過最驚險就係年輕嘅服務生一度跌咗把利刀喺表妹腳旁,好采冇事咋!講返餐飯先,黑面神介紹食物時好似念口簧咁,深知自己語言能力有限聽唔哂,所以一開波就問佢攞個餐牌方便對應,點知要到上主菜時先印到出黎,效率奇低。鹿血のラングドシャ(Deer’s blood Cookie):打響頭炮嘅小點外型猶如一件藝術品般突出獨特,食得嘅部份只限於白色架上嘅鹿血曲奇卷。一啖食落去,曲奇皮脆卜卜時,散發出果香嘅忌廉餡心軟滑微甜,唔講絕對唔會估佢內含鹿血嘅成份,一啲血腥味都冇。牛蒡のポタージュ(Burdock Soup):微熱嘅牛蒡忌廉湯稀杰適中,一小杯啱啱好夠暖胃唔溜,除咗帶有陣陣菇香,點綴嘅炸牛蒡脆脆成功添上口感及惹味。赤貝と鬼灯のマリネ(Marinated Red Shell and Ground Cherry):大大隻白碟最中央位置為鮮黃亮麗嘅燈籠果醬,酸酸甜甜幾醒胃。排於上方嘅赤貝質感爽脆,連同香草及鹽粉食係就係好清新,不過完全食唔出赤貝本身應有嘅鮮甜。暖手嘅麵包勁韌皮,少啲牙力都咬唔開;可愛在個小木雀牛油刀。サンピエール、イカスミ(Poired Saint Pierre Squid ink Sauce):法國午餐嘅魚魚似乎係最弱嘅一環!魴魚嘅魚皮煎得好脆,無奈魚肉又厚又嚡,魚油欠奉,反而個墨魚汁好有墨魚味。北海道産蝦夷鹿のグリル(Roasted Venison with Seasonal Vegetables):是日主菜北海道鹿鹿色澤紅潤,生熟程度恰到好處,剛好鎖上豐沛嘅肉汁,好難得地唔嚡、唔乾、兼唔韌,而且一啲羶味腥味都冇,簡單伴配節令嘅紫薯及南瓜足以亮起鮮美嘅鹿鹿。ラチュレ風フォレノワール(Chocolate crape with Figs):唔知點解,黑森林甜品上枱時硬係覺得佢係調轉咗擺咁,深知藝術依家野好難講,所以就冇特別探究。長方形嘅五層朱古力薄餅蛋糕香軟柔滑,賣相就好似名店「Lady M」個招牌千層蛋糕嘅簡化版般。點上旁邊個濃縮嘅肉桂朱古力酒醬,再混埋個涼甜嘅黑加侖子酒味雪葩即增添清新與香醇,美中不足就係兩件無花果有啲苦。Coffee with Tea cake(コーヒー、お茶菓子):飯後一杯濃厚嘅咖啡好消滯。伴隨嘅糖粉曲奇厚而硬身,唔係咁啱細佬口味。星級法國餐廳「Lature」環境樸實幽雅,午市套餐外觀精美,當中以鹿血頭盤及鹿肉主菜最為美味優秀,可惜兩味海鮮卻甚為失色,最令人反感嘅係一眾黑面神服務生毫不專業且態度顯然不歡迎食客,完全唔明點獲取星級評價囉! continue reading
