這間吉澤商店，是肉類批發商，但也有售賣炸和牛牛肉球，上網搜尋築地場外市場必吃食物之一也有這個炸和牛牛肉球。來到店舖，沒有人排隊。有分炸牛肉球、炸牛肉豬肉球、炸牛肉馬鈴薯球。我們買了炸牛肉球，是使用松阪牛，這個炸牛肉球只有松阪牛肉在裡面，沒有豬肉或馬鈴薯或其他肉。¥350一個炸牛肉球，價錢還可以，如果真的是用和牛牛肉的話，而且不是常常吃，難得來到築地市場，也不介意買一個試試看。炸牛肉球熱騰騰的，很脆，不過外皮挺多油的。裡面的牛面很香，也有口感，不錯。 continue reading
