Our restaurant is a sister restaurant of the Italian restaurant "malca" in Minami Aoyama, and together with "malca" we purchase the entire Kobe beef cow, providing the highest quality beef. All our menu items are free of additives and artificial seasonings, so as not to interfere with the flavor of the meat. We visit the cattle of top Kobe beef producers and purchase the entire cow while it is still alive. The meat is finely textured, with delicate and light marbling, and a rich, delicious flavor. Our tongue, skirt steak, and innards are all Japanese Black Beef. Please give it a try.
