Introduction
At the end of the Edo period, Akashicho in Chuo Ward flourished as the center of the enlightenment movement. In one corner of the area, a large mansion stands out. Tsukiji Jisaku was founded in 1931 after purchasing the former villa of the Mitsubishi zaibatsu, built in 1899. The restaurant is set in a 3300m2 garden that breathes the beauty of good old tradition, and is a tranquil, luxurious space that seems cut off from the secular world. Please enjoy a variety of course meals. Among them, the specialty "Mizutaki" has been loved for many years as an exceptional dish brought by the founder from Kyushu.
