👨🏽極力推薦嘅一餐,係位於銀座嘅燒鳥店—— 武ちゃん。我哋都係上日本網tabelog見到評分3.54,連ig都好少外地人食過,就膽粗粗去等舖頭開門,16:30咗右未開門就已經有幾個日本人排緊隊,我哋即刻就唔執輸跟住排啦🤪。17:00就準時入到去,舖頭仔細細,但睇得出係家族經營生意,雖然佢哋未必識好多英文,但大廚、侍應個個都好親切🥰。幫襯依啲本地local去開嘅餐廳,最驚就雞同鴨講,好彩餐牌有英文,大家可以選擇8串燒鳥set(3500yen)或者5串燒鳥set (2500yen),然後再單點想食嘅嘢。一場嚟到,就梗係試多啲串燒啦,我哋就揀咗8串燒鳥set🤤。.8串燒鳥set(3500yen) 一坐低,侍應就會奉上雞湯、沙律同蘿蔔泥,特別嘅係依度會俾雞湯,而唔係味增湯,唔知係咪燒鳥店都係咁嘅呢?👩🏻覺得個雞湯拉高咗依餐飯嘅期待值😚。.鹽燒雞肉丸子師傅採用最純粹嘅煮法,雞肉丸子只用鹽花調味,入面仲有啲雞軟骨,好有口感,中間仲有一粒鵪鶉蛋,好味😋。.鹽燒雞胸肉配wasabi雞胸肉唔會乾柴,好juicy,wasabi吊味。.雞心、雞肝配芝麻醬店員落單時有問過我哋食唔食內臟,如果選擇食就無得事後更改,我哋就梗係咩都要試吓啦!雞心,肝好juicy,質感有少少粉粉哋,但配埋醬汁,完全唔覺得奇怪,仲幾好食添!.味增鴨肉配紫蘇葉👩🏻超級推介🌟,鴨肉用味增醃製過後,再配上灑上表面嘅紫蘇葉,紫蘇葉嘅份量不多不少,而且師傅將紫蘇葉切成細絲,味道超有層次感,中間仲有京蔥,非常解膩,特別要提下依度嘅京蔥燒到爆晒汁,完全無青澀味,唔鍾意京蔥嘅👩🏻都食晒落肚啦🤰🏻。.鹽燒鴨腿肉依然係燒得好嫩滑,鴨肉大大嚿,好味。.雞皮之前喺中環京都一串食嘅雞皮係脆卜卜,我哋都好鍾意食,同埋印象深刻,以為依度嘅都一樣,但原來完全唔同!依度嘅雞皮串得密密麻麻,完全唔似雞皮,老實講,睇落就有啲油淋淋嘅感覺,雖然食落係有啲油膩,但係食落就煙煙韌韌,有爆汁嘅感覺,係一個好啱飲酒嘅下酒菜。👩🏻就覺得依度嘅燒雞皮好特別,不過👩🏻就怕肥,食完好有罪惡感🤣,雖然👩🏻比較喜歡京都一串嗰種好似薯片嘅燒雞皮,不過依個都好值得一試!.鹽燒手羽先依然都係燒得好juicy,好味。食到第七串,客人就會睇吓需唔需要加單,師傅仲會將當日嘅daily special貼喺身後嘅雪櫃上面,可惜我哋唔識日文,但好好彩隔離嘅日本客人主動用英文問我哋需唔加單,最後就幫我哋加咗鹽燒雞腿肉(唔記得影相)同雞尾🤣。.雞尾 ポンジリ我哋本身其實都唔知點咗啲咩,食落feel到有好多油脂爆出,有口感,唔係好食得慣😂,再查個日文後尾先知道係雞屁股🍑,唔怪得咁肥美啦!但一啲怪味都無,大家一場嚟到都可以試吓🤭。.銀杏 最後一串就係銀杏,即係我哋叫嘅白果。師傅會將銀杏燒到焦黑,再去除表面嘅衣。銀杏食落完全唔係平時腐竹白果糖水嗰種口感,而係煙煙韌韌,好有𡁻口,亦都為我哋依餐畫上完美嘅句號。.依餐係我哋兩個今年3月喺東京最滿意嘅一餐,武ちゃ唔係啲咩米芝蓮,但係係我哋今次東京之行入面最有人情味同最貼地嘅餐廳🥹。雖然言語不通,但每次食完向師傅豎起手指公,佢都會好靦腆咁講多謝,氛圍好輕鬆好開心。最後有少少遺憾嘅就係👩🏻一直好想試提燈,但唔識日文唔識叫😭,下次去食燒鳥一定要做好準備🥹,食過嘅朋友都可以留言話我哋咩味🥲。.Follow us on Instagram: Foodastics continue reading
