Revisited this Izakaya with my colleague, which was nearby our hotel..We ordered the following skewers: -Shiitake Mushroom Buttery and succulent, the mushroom had a truly substantial presence. -Pork Intestine Meaty and porky, the intestine offered a savoury choice. -Pork Tongue Well-flavoured with a chewy texture. -Pork Diaphragm Fatty-like texture yet crispy on the surface, the diaphragm created an intriguing combination. -Pork HeartPleasantly chewy and nicely marinated. -Spring OnionWith a burnt surface, the spring onion was soft..The skewers were all so outstanding; we were so impressed that we even recorded Pork Intestine and Pork Tongue. .The izakaya was bustling with a crowd and offered standing-only seating.
