早前到東京旅遊，在東京丸之內四季酒店的網站預訂了下午茶。餐廳有舒適的卡座，透過落地大玻璃所賞東京站的繁華景緻。 這次享用了季節限定的Flower Afternoon Tea，每位$7,600日圓。 店員先送上鹹點: 和牛角酥皮香脆，和牛粒味濃；鱈魚子餅鹹香令人回味; 芝士茸蓉餡餅菇香迷人; 露筍芝士批的露筍爽脆，芝士惹味; 野菜角鬆脆可口。 接著侍應送上一整座甜點，十分迷人，令人興奮。她提議我們趁熱先吃剛焗好的鬆餅配上香滑的奶油和果醬，是很好的享受。其他甜點全部造型精緻: 櫻花綠茶泡芙的顏色及味道層次分明; 士多啤梨撻甜美動人; 薰衣草芝士蛋糕表面有金箔，更感高貴; 玫瑰蛋糕質感結實，花香撲鼻; 荔枝馬卡龍酸味提神。 這是一個極佳及難得的下午茶體驗。 服務方面，有3-4名不同的服務員招呼我們，由接待至結帳整個過程使我們感到賓至如歸。 continue reading
