這間壽司店的賣點是主打來自金沢的魚，不知道是某些還是全部，不過魚刺身還是很新鮮美味，壽司裡面有wasabi，但味道不算太嗆，還可以接受到。使用平板點餐，又有圖片，很方便遊客點餐。小食天婦羅也炸得很脆，炸魚很嫩。壽司方面個人認為蝦三味最好吃，蝦肉非常厚。生鮭湯，材料豐富，很鮮甜，想不到湯裡會有這麼多材料，而且味道很鮮。分店大多都很方便，這次到訪三軒茶屋店，不用排隊，店內也沒什麼人，店員非常友善，態度很好。 continue reading
