Introduction
It was founded as a restaurant in Asakusa, Tokyo in 1898, and became a sukiyaki specialty restaurant in 1891. We have been patronized by customers for generations, but due to the aging of the store and the global situation, we will be closed in August 2021. On March 18, 2022 (Asakusa's birthday), we will reopen in a new location in Asakusa, in order to avoid losing that tradition and commitment. 這次點的是壽喜燒(楓)套餐,套餐會附上前菜的日式小點。另外,在ちんや所有的壽喜燒上桌時會有工作人員幫客人做第一次的服務,並告知肉片可以沾著日本國產生蛋吃。因此無論什麼時候都能品嚐到最美味的料理。首先將牛肉脂肪融化於壽喜燒專用的鐵鍋,再將蔥放進鍋子裡烤(先煮蔥是為了讓蔥的香氣染上牛肉)。然後將牛肉放在蔥上面一起煮,接著倒入特製的調味湯底後,大約煮到啲肉有一點點紅又不紅的狀態下,就可以起鍋了。工作人員再將肉沾上生蛋後就放在您面前就可以吃了。(生蛋+牛肉的絕妙組合,壽喜燒就是要這樣吃)。接下來,其餘的食材就要自己親自煮了,老公再加入日本國產蔬菜、香菇、豆腐、茼蒿和蒟蒻絲等食材繼續吃。食後總結:在日本食肉吃多了,會發現日本越高檔越貴的牛肉,脂肪都會比較多,吃起來會非常軟嫩,但過肥、過油膩,所以唔會食得多。整體來說,Chinyaちんや無論在肉質、服務、用餐環境上都可以的。如果大家預算比較有限或是在淺草臨時想吃壽喜燒、涮涮鍋又不想花時間排隊,Chinyaちんや還是個可以接受的選擇。 continue reading
