這間 Brasserie Paul Bocuse Le Musee 是法國米芝蓮三星主廚 Paul Bocuse 唯一海外設立的餐廳,他在歐洲十分有名氣。雖然Paul Bocuse是米芝蓮三星級廚師,但這間 Brasserie Paul Bocuse Le Musee 卻不是星級餐廳。這餐廳設於圓錐型上面,感覺非常特別及美觀。但座位不太多,而且枱與枱之間比較近。餐廳午市時段是沒有訂座,只有排隊等位,餐廳開11:00,我哋就早半小時前到排第一,到10:45左右已有好多人排隊了。非常多人光顧,入座一陣已滿座。哈哈…忘記了影英文Menu添,所以d餐忘記了正確的名稱法包很好食很香,微熱而且脆口,食完再可免費添加的頭盆沙律很新鮮,十分好味牛扒要加¥500,味道ok,我order七成熟,但就太熟,接近全熟,大家有機會揀選這款時,order五成熟好啦!魚柳的份量比較少甜品比較甜,咖啡很香濃

PLAN嘅時候一早計劃要去哩間 Paul Bocuse原因首先係佢間博物館好靚,同埋米芝蓮法國餐廳喎,午餐只賣23百蚊真係好抵午市係冇得訂座的,只有排隊,我地一早去,都要排4-5張枱,仲要係平日黎覺得日本人都幾識享受生活地方係好簡約的風格,我稍為覺得枱與枱之間的空間窄了點點了2個SET LUNCH,可以食唔同嘅野啱哂2個COURSE只有主菜同甜品好彩有麵包,D法包唔錯主菜有雞肉加D汁,同蝦意大利粉一食覺得好普通,雞質地不錯,但個汁唔知係MUD,冇特別蝦意大利粉個汁OK,但有幾條意大利粉真係睇番張相都數到好少(我想講法覺菜唔等如食唔飽),食完好似冇食過主菜2味其實都好似傢私店西餐甜品係較好品的,有朱古力MOUSSE CAKE同CREME BURLEECREME BURLEE好滑,但我相信一個TABLESPOON可以筆哂佢成碟P.S. 其實D相已經將D野食放大左

覺得日本人都幾識享受生活

地方係好簡約的風格,我稍為覺得枱與枱之間的空間窄了點
點了2個SET LUNCH,可以食唔同嘅野啱哂

2個COURSE只有主菜同甜品
好彩有麵包,D法包唔錯
主菜有雞肉加D汁,同蝦意大利粉
一食覺得好普通,雞質地不錯,但個汁唔知係MUD,冇特別
蝦意大利粉個汁OK,但有幾條意大利粉真係睇番張相都數到
好少(我想講法覺菜唔等如食唔飽),食完好似冇食過
主菜2味其實都好似傢私店西餐

甜品係較好品的,有朱古力MOUSSE CAKE同CREME BURLEE
CREME BURLEE好滑,但我相信一個TABLESPOON可以筆哂佢成碟
