At our restaurant, you can enjoy the "authentic taste" of carefully selected fresh live eel that is grilled by chefs who have trained at many famous eel restaurants. The eel, the sauce, the rice, all of which are carefully crafted one by one, making the unagi jus exquisite. What we are proud of is that you can choose how you grill it.
