Sushi Muku/ Sushi Shirogane

A sushi restaurant with excellent cost performance located just 30 steps from Roppongi Crossing! We are making an interesting attempt to create two spaces with different atmospheres, each with a separate store name. We offer dishes based on three pillars: ``fresh seasonal fish,'' ``special rice,'' and ``one-of-a-kind red vinegar.'' Quality that would cost 2 to 30,000 yen in a good location in Tokyo for less than 10,000 yen. Based on the concept, we will offer courses that include nigiri and a la carte dishes, changing according to the seasons.
