[Sushi Ichijo] is located in a back alley in Higashi Nihonbashi. The owner, who trained at a famous restaurant in Ningyocho, will serve you authentic Edomae sushi. We are particular about using natural ingredients from the seas around Japan, and the owner personally visits the market to carefully select the ingredients that he thinks are the best that day. For drinks, we have a wide variety of brands such as sake, shochu, and wine that do not interfere with the taste of the sushi.
