Introduction

An Edomae-style Sushi Restaurant presented by young Sushi chef Hiroyuki Sato, raised in a family of sushi chefs. Carefully selected seafood is used to make fine sushi. Chef Sato uses a lot of red vinegar (akazu) in his sushi rice, as this is thought to be the best matching vinegar for their specialty tuna sushi.
