Monzen-jaya Narukuchi

"Fukagawa-meshi" that has been familiar to commoners since Edo era. Instead of cooking, use traditional Japanese style techniques "Takiawase" finished with ingredients suitable for each ingredient one by one, with fresh clams, rice with fried chicken, fried and soup stock at a stretch at high temperature and high-pressure steamed. This one item only "Fukagawa Asari Seiromeshi" which cooked with large clams and rice. Please enjoy Edo cuisine with carefully selected ingredients and unique pure rice sake.
