The first store opened in Shinjuku in 2021,

說到牛舌第一時間想到的肯定是仙台，而如今也有間專門提供極厚切牛舌的人氣餐廳。在浅草的牛たんの檸檬提供以備長炭烤製的極厚切牛舌定食。深受日本人與遊客喜愛，因此建議提前透過網路預約，避免撲空。除了經典的牛舌定食，店還提供搭配牛排的雙拼套餐﹐價格約JPY 2500起。『極み』ステーキとA5和牛 (JPY 3980) 這款雙拼套餐完美結合了厚切炭烤牛舌與A5和牛。炭火烤製的牛舌外層微微焦香，帶有迷人的炭烤香味，內裡則柔嫩多汁。每一口都能感受到其獨特的嚼勁與濃郁肉香。A5和牛則相對較細緻鮮嫩，與牛舌形成截然不同的口感對比。套餐還包括開胃沙律、濃郁牛舌咖哩、滑順山藥泥和特製牛舌味噌，可以按自己的口味自由配搭來吃，讓整體享受更加豐富。當然少不了一碗溫暖醇厚的牛舌湯吧。『極み』ステーキ (JPY 4580/9切)這款選用最稀有、最嫩的牛舌部位，精心切成超厚切片再用炭火烤。由於油脂較為濃郁，吃到六片左右剛剛好，更多可能會覺得過於厚重。另外，這裡的白飯可以免費添加，直接和職員說一聲可以囉。…Read More
