Built in 1927 by Count Nagayoshi Ogasawara, the aptly named Ogasawara Hakushakutei is now an elegant restaurant and historical building. At the restaurant, modern Spanish Cuisine is served using Japanese ingredients and Spanish techniques, following its concept to "surprise guests with something new every visit".
