Introduction
[Jushu] is a Kansai-style Kappo restaurant that makes use of fresh ingredients from Saga. It is a Michelin-starred restaurant located in an alley in Nishi-Azabu. It features Kansai-style Kappo cuisine that incorporates Saga beef, fresh vegetables, and seafood delivered directly from Saga, where the owner is from. Even in an area crowded with many famous restaurants, the techniques that impress discerning guests are constantly evolving. The craftsmanship of the chef, who has trained in Kansai for many years and fought his way through the fierce competition in Tokyo, is captivating to behold.
