Introduction
2015年にオープンした「shojin宗胡」は、精進料理を懐石スタイルで気軽に味わえるお店です。精進料理といえば、仏道修行に励む僧侶が食すものというイメージがあるかもしれませんが、shojin宗胡では、「より多くの人に精進料理を楽しんでもらいたい」との想いから、伝統的な精進料理をベースにしながらも、目に楽しく、そして舌で美味しく味わえる、現代の感性を取り入れたモダンな精進料理を提供しています。
