Introduction
The place which connects Musashi and Shimosa, the bridge of the Edo era which became the origin of Ryogoku "Ryogoku bridge tea" which bears the name of "Ryogoku Bridge". Like a bridge connecting land and people, a comfortable space that connects Edo and today is prepared. Tokugawa Ieyasu also loved Matcha tea using "Honzan tea", Edo confectionery breathing in contemporary times, Japanese style parfait with the essence of nowadays, such as a sweet taste a little luxurious.
