This restaurant offers a trio of chefs - Chef Imabashi and pastry chef Hirase, both of whom have worked at famous restaurants - and sommelier Ishida, who has made his mark both in Japan and abroad.
"L'aube" is a French word meaning beginning, dawn or birth.
Everything has been carefully designed to ensure that you can enjoy "the deliciousness that can only be experienced at that moment," creating surprise and excitement.
