Introduction
With a history of over 1000 years in Mont Saint Michel, La Mere Poulard has first opened its Japanese store in Tokyo International Forum. Ms Poulard, the founder, is said to have created over 700 recipes.
Here, you can try the world-famous signature dish "Souffle Omelette", fluffy like meringue after cooked in a bronze frying pan.
