Katsukichi Hibiya Kokusai Bldg Store

"Katsukichi" is a tonkatsu specialty restaurant that was founded in Nihonbashi 60 years ago. It was invited to open in the Hibiya International Building in 2014. The restaurant is particular about using real antique and solid wood, and has a solid and calm atmosphere. The "tonkatsu" is fried in corn salad oil using the traditional method, carefully fried by a craftsman. The set meal comes with "green shiso rice, red miso soup, pickles, and salad."
