Introduction
"Katsukichi" is a tonkatsu specialty restaurant located on the 6th floor of the new building of Nihonbashi Takashimaya S.C. In the past, Yukio Mishima and Yasunari Kawabata loved "thick-sliced tonkatsu" that is deep-fried at low temperatures. The traditional method makes the most of the ingredients, and the dish is "chemical-free" without using any artificial seasonings. Enjoy the fried food with green shiso rice, red soup stock made with Hatcho miso, and plenty of salad!
