Cancellation Policy

• If the cancellation is made before 3day(s) of the booking date, free cancellation is available if the menu is not used.
• If your cancellation is made within 3day(s) before the booking date, 100%of the menu fee will be charged at that time.
• No edit in time/seats for this booking.

Note from restaurant

• ・Reservations are required.
• ・Please make a reservation for the exact number of guests coming to the restaurant.
• ・The time limit is 2 hours.
• ・The restaurant will choose a popular menu to start with. After that, you are free to order any additional dishes you like.
• ・Last order is 20 minutes before closing (for both food and drinks). *Kama-meshi orders should be placed 60 minutes before closing.
• ・Settlement will be made after 2 hours dining period, and we kindly ask you to vacate your table.
• ・No leftovers are allowed for additional orders (additional charge will be incurred).
• ・Bringing outside food or drinks is prohibited.
• ・Disruptive behavior, such as loud voices, that may inconvenience other customers is not allowed.
• ・Taking leftover food home is not permitted.
• ・Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for the scheduled start time without notice, your reservation will be cancelled.
