Following the success of NEWoMan Shinjuku and Yokohama, Tokyo’s Takanawa area finally welcomes its most eye-catching new landmark! NEWoMan Takanawa officially opened on September 12, 2025, and is the largest in scale so far, featuring 177 shops in total. It has quickly become a must-visit shopping and dining hotspot for Hong Kong travelers.

The complex is divided into South & North (1–5F), the high-rise LUFTBAUM (28–29F), and will further expand with MIMURE opening in spring 2026, bringing the total to around 200 stores.

The restaurant features dishes prepared using Vermicular’s signature “waterless cooking” and wood-fired oven, perfectly bringing out the natural flavors of each ingredient. The bakery offers freshly baked bread with a crispy crust and soft interior, all made in Vermicular pots.


A must-try eye-catching dessert —“Fig & Fruit Tomato Pot-Baked Tart” (¥1,540) Topped with fruits gently cooked using Vermicular’s signature waterless cooking method, this tart perfectly balances the sweetness of figs with the umami of tomatoes. The entire store exudes Japanese craftsmanship, offering a refined “Made in Japan” experience.
